The Ballymaloe Cookery School Alumni are a wide network of people from all walks of life and all age-groups. Each year we are delighted to invite many distinguished guest chefs to participate in our school curriculum. With an impressive student to teacher ratio of 6:1, we guarantee students expert tuition and close personal attention. Our 12 Week Certificate includes a business module delivered by Blathnaid Bergin who set up and runs age their own food business, from what it takes to prepare a business plan to the finer points of daily business administration.
